I’m looking to get portraits done (family, couples etc) which package should I select:
I always suggest if you’re looking for a regular time frame of an hour, to choose our portrait Package. This gives you an hour for whatever portrait needs you may need.
How do I book my session - All sessions can be booked by first selecting the package you would like. Once you've made your selection, you can then contact us on our contact page.
What do I need to book my session - Please make sure to have your calendar handy and let us know three dates that work best for you. A non refundable booking fee (50% of your package cost ) will be required to book your time slot.
How far in advance should I book ? - This is a great question and varies depending on the time of year it is. In the winter we usually book a least a month in advance. During summer months its quite busy and would be best to book your session as soon as possible especially if you're looking for a weekend booking as weekends always go first. I highly suggest 2 month notice if possible.
Do we have a studio- Absolutely ! We are located in in Kentville
How long is turn around time - For regular photoshoots there is a max of 2 weeks wait time. With weddings and events 2-10 weeks.
What forms of payment do we accept? - Debit, Visa , Etransfer and cash. - deposits only are paid via etransfer or online client credit portal
Do we provide extra re-touching ? -We sure do. Our cost is $60/hr with a minimal of an hour .
Do we have a team ? - We sure do ! We have two photographers to give you the best of our services, followed by our hair and makeup team.
Do I provide unedited images ?- Never.
Will you help us prepare for our session ? - ALWAYS! We send out an online client guide for every session with us to help you prepare for your session and show up ready to go and stress free.
